Try it before you pay

Unlimited practice, the whole published question bank, every explanation, the syllabus and pattern pages and the solved past papers are free and need no account. You can judge the quality of our material in full before spending anything. A pack adds full-length mock tests and long-term progress tracking for one exam, and nothing else.

When we refund

• You paid but never got access. If your payment was confirmed and access was not granted, and we cannot fix it, you get a full refund.
• You paid twice, or bought the same pack twice. The duplicate is refunded in full.
• You bought the wrong exam and have not started a mock test in it. We will switch you to the right pack. Tell us within 7 days of purchase.
• We withdrew what you paid for. If we remove a pack or a feature central to it and cannot offer a fair substitute, we refund the unused portion.

How to ask

Write to support@testustad.com from the email address on the account, with:

• the pack you bought and the date;
• the transaction ID you submitted at checkout;
• the reason, in a sentence.

How long it takes

We aim to decide within 5 working days of receiving a complete request. An approved refund is sent back through the same channel you paid by, to the same account, normally within 10 working days of approval. Bank and wallet processing times are outside our control. Any transfer charge levied by your bank or wallet on the original payment is not refundable, because we never received it.

Access after a refund

Access to the pack ends when the refund is approved. Your free access to the rest of the site is unaffected, and your account and history stay as they are.

If you think we got it wrong

Reply to the decision and ask for it to be reviewed. Say why. A person reads it. This policy sits alongside your rights under the consumer law of Pakistan and does not replace them.
